The hooks appear large, compared to other competing products, but the design benefits from the large loop. The patented V-Nose tip makes for clean engagement of the hook, without fear of it catching on a jackline. To open the clip, there is a spring-operated catch mechanism, which slides out of the way easily to accommodate a jackline, and a lock indicator that visually confirms the hook is securely closed.
